  1. I've checked my mail box in game and have received my CE's items but no color stone. I'll try opening a ticket. Thanks for your suggestion!
  2. Hello, I pre-ordered SWTOR and have yet to receive my color stone? I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and how I can go about receiving mine. Any help would be great, Thanks.
  3. I pre-ordered the game thinking I can get in on the so called "early access" ... Wrong! I never got an e-mail with a early access code. It's OK, no biggie... However, now I am getting hit with the "No Active Subscription" nonsense. Didn't all the servers go live starting at 12AM? It's already 1AM and still nothing. I'm beginning to lose faith in EA/Bioware already. I am already wanting a refund... This game better be insanely good in order to make up for the lousy experience they've already put me through. People have BEEN complaining about these similar issues, but EA/Bioware has failed once again to address it quickly and promptly. Time is being taken from our subscription yet the players can't play. Very disappointing. Please step up your game big time, because you guys are letting a lot of players down for this sloppy release.
