  1. Let's learn our history. The Roman Empire fell over 410-476 AD when the Germanic tribes invaded and sacked Rome multiple times. Erik the Red and Mormons aside, there was no contact between the broken Roman Empire and the New World civilizations (Mayas and Aztecs) for another 1000 years. Further, the Mayans had been gone as a civilization for 550 years by the time the Spanish came in 1512. You're close in that the Aztecs did have a more advanced calendar than the Spanish, but that was little help against the conquistadors. You're thinking of the Babylonian civilization of the middle east. They had a base 6 number system, from which we derive our 60 seconds, minutes, and 360 degree circles. The 'base' unit of time in scientific measurement is the second. However, minutes and hours are both defined absolutely as a set number of seconds. So yes, scientists (of which I am one) do use minutes and hours as standardized measurements. Remember, all of this is absolutely essential when discussing imaginary galaxies of the distant past.
  2. Hello, I found this page comparing numerous cards and cpu's. You should be able to find any of these parts through newegg or tigerdirect. I hope it helps. http://blackrabbit2999.blogspot.com/2011/12/swtor-pc-performance-guide.html
