This topic has been brought up quite a few times already but I couldn't find an answer that suited my play style. I was hoping you might help I'd like to level a new toon, already having a 38 marauder (didn't like the class. AT ALL) and a 48 assassin (leveled as a tank, using Ashara, loved it, will definitely go for level 50 on this one !). I heard good things about sorcerer (would like to stick to Empire side, having a guild and all) buuut I already know the class story from my assassin, so... I'm not interested at all in PVP, or group quests : I will do almost exclusively solo content. I already know what there's to know about companions and class quests (Mako is amazing, so is the IA class quest). I want to be able to chain pull quite a few packs of mobs (not necessarily at the same time though :-P) without having to care about my health, and dispatch them quickly. I enjoy a more dynamic gameplay, though I tried a sniper (level 12) and didn't hate it. Let's say that a fast-paced AoE-heavy class should be more awesome to me I heard good things from the operative self heals, but it seems BH is favored for solo play : am I right ? If so, which AC/tree would be more suited to my play style ? TL;DR : What's the best advanced class/tree to level up through solo content - no PVP, no group/heroic quests ?
