I don't see anything in the patch notes, but the Take cover action bars are missing from my Gunslinger/Sniper. It make my main character very hard to play. Is this a bug or intended?

I looked through the patch notes and I don't see any change. Could this be a bug?

Sage, I cannot click on the shuttle to take me to Zakuul. As I was typing this I got a message saying that the problem has been fixed. It hasn't, even after logging out and logging back in.
