Maybe it is just me but I have been waiting for two weeks for a resolution for an in game ticket. Is this really acceptable? Why is there no way to get direct help? I have called the support number and have been told they can do nothing for me. I have to wait for someone to fix it and that the issue has been escalated. They have no idea when I can expect to even get contacted about my problem.
I am trying to get friends to come back to this game but the more they hear the horror story about no support they have decided to pass. So far that is 3 that will not be coming with two more about to not care. When that happens my son and me will be back out.
Bioware support does matter. If you plan on shutting the game down just tell the players do not strangle it to death and run everyone away.
