  1. Maybe it is just me but I have been waiting for two weeks for a resolution for an in game ticket. Is this really acceptable? Why is there no way to get direct help? I have called the support number and have been told they can do nothing for me. I have to wait for someone to fix it and that the issue has been escalated. They have no idea when I can expect to even get contacted about my problem. I am trying to get friends to come back to this game but the more they hear the horror story about no support they have decided to pass. So far that is 3 that will not be coming with two more about to not care. When that happens my son and me will be back out. Bioware support does matter. If you plan on shutting the game down just tell the players do not strangle it to death and run everyone away.
  2. I put in the ticket but since they are free to play currently they can not submit tickets. If it takes a month then well I can say they will have given up an moved on so more money Bioware is out. If they do not decided to play well guess what? I will end up moving to whatever game they decide to play. So support ends up killing this game again for me. I guess I should have known better. Well fingers crossed that turn around is better than stated here. I know two of the guys I was trying to get to play have given up but if the one and I can tell them this is fixed then maybe they might give it a try again.
  3. So how long does it take for someone to respond to an in game ticket? I have been waiting for 5 days now an no one has responded at all to it. I remember why I left this game in the first place. Dismal support. If anyone cares. I just came back to the game. I have resubscribed using a 60 day game card bough through the SWTOR website. When I look I am a subscriber. I then give out my subscriber code to friends to see if I can get a few back playing and also to two new ones for them to try it out. They do not get the friends benefits also I do not see them linked to my account. To create the accounts they clicked the link I sent them. They said yes to the question if they wanted to accept the invite. They then created an account. No dice it did not link. Thinking maybe you had to be logged in first I asked one to login then click the link. It came back and said that I had to be a scriber for it to work. Since support is not happening. Can anyone here guide me into fixing this?
  4. I agree. This is something that World of Warcraft has been doing for years with the ability to go into the device that has the soft key currently installed and the get the serial number and use it to restore to another device. That and then typing the key into the account so you can use it on multiple accounts seems like it should be easy to setup with the RSA implementation they have. So please pretty please tweak the app for us.
  5. From what I have seen prepatch 1.01 it works as long as the person that is leading does not auto run. As soon as they enable autorun the person following stops. Just my 2 cents. Granamere
