I was under the assumption that the way bolster works, if you gear at the best gear you can at low levels (remember, the 50's is doing this) then your bolster will scale damage higher than the 50?

Thanks, you made my point. I am NOT 50, and RARELY see this kind of damage I die due to coordinated cc chains and multiple beat downs. I die, but that's expected! 1v1, and against 50's, I will delay them by valuable seconds. Expecting to be viable against heavily geared 50's 1v1 is asinine.
