i have purchased both pieces of the female underwear set,equipped them and tried to do a legacy unlock and it will not work. I have logged out then back in several times, changed characters and serveres and still nothing works

i was really excited with the new release of the last expansion and was impressed with the storyline. but what has happened to their customer service department? if you have an issue and put in a ticket it takes them 3 weeks to a month to respond and even then its just a computer generated response and you have to keep putting tickets in. I have had the same ticket in for a month and a half and they have not fixed the issue.

About 3 weeks ago I purchased both upper and lower pieces of the basic female underwear outfit and equipped both pieces. It showed that I unlocked it and so I went into my collections and tried to legacy unlock it and it would not let me. I then logged out of that toon logged into another toon and and still couldn't legacy unlock it. I then preceded to log entirely out of the game and back in to see if that would work and then it didn't work either. Every day since I have logged in everyday and it still doesn't work. I have put 2 tickets in and asked for help and still havn't received any. I got 1 replay that just told me to log out then back in to fix the issue but I had stated in the 1st ticket that I had tried that already and didn't get results so apparently no one read the ticket. I am getting fed up with my words falling on deaf ears and would really appreciate getting some results.

i wld really really really appreciate it if u wld fix asharas skin. i think if u made her skin the same color as her default face color it wld look alot better and fitting. im am suprised that this issue has not been adressed yet in the 14 mths this game has been running. ill be looking forward to seeing how this suggestion is handled.
