I got my code from Origin but not the pre-play code. If i buy a subscription now will it let me in?

I need help!!! I got the email through from Origin and redeemed the code, but i can't log in, do i need to set up subscription to play right now or am i still waiting for pre-play email!?!?!?!??!?!!!!

They should have started about 15m ago - but will take a while to go (lots of emails to send). From twitter.

A few of the servers are low populated and they still aren't letting everyone on. I say add 2 or 3 new servers and then just let everyone in!

Apparently they did not get a lot of december pre-orders as thats why its taken from tuesday to friday to get to us December Procrastinators and iv heard they are letting all in on first wave?
