Hey guys I will be level 50 in a couple hours and all I will be doing from here on out is PvP. I have researched and seem to think 23 lightning points and 18 madness points will be the best way to go for my style, will somebody try to post me an effective build please?

I am level 47 lightning/madness at the moment but i have an urge to try this 13/11/17 spec. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201GhroZbcdMzZsr0Rszz.1 My goal in PvP is not to do the most damage it is to score the huttball, take control of turrets, and attack and defend charges on doors. Does this build look viable for high survivability with the self healing. I also want a spec for great 1v1. I also feel with this spec i can heal teammates and help with damage. Be brutally honest on how viable this spec is please, also let me know of the changes you'd make and why.
