Blowing up threads that you disagree with is not good for business Bioware. If you don't allow the community to vent where you can hear it they will go somewhere else. Please stop nuking threads that discuss options you don't like. Moving on: I don't mind so much the F2P model. I think most ppl are cool with it. It's the cumulative failings that put this over the edge. If the game didn't have such an unfinished lack of detail, didn't have forced server transfers and name changes, didn't have desperate grabs at keeping subs by throwing out diluted free loot. Then I think the F2P would have been welcomed. But if you keep putting bandaids on a wound pretty soon you have a pile of bandaids and a bedsore. Let the wounds breath BW and they will heal.

Me too! and it's nice to know that there are others out there. I'm guessing forced transfers will come right before F2P starts.

At least there's a nod and a wink to the CE ppl in acknowledgement for forking out the cash. But definitely no love for pre-order/digital deluxers. First forced server transfers and name changes, now this. But hey I can understand damage control, a sinking ship has to salvage what it can.

added Ilum chests to the list. I have been the only one on my server every time I log in the last 24 hrs, just waiting for the dreaded auto transfer to come, like waiting for the end of the world, very surreal.

What does control of Ilum give your faction other than increased Valor for PVP kills?

Thanks for the info and the link guys. I'm definitely not upset about it, more than happy they're giving out free goodies, just weighing the costs/benefits of transferring right now or waiting till forced transfers. Part of that is figuring out if 25 BH coms is worth a quarter or a dollar.

I'm not to level 50 yet so I don't have experience with top tier gear in SWTOR. Is the 25 Black Hole Commendations you get for transferring that big a deal? I mean how long does it take to get that much normally? A day? A week? A month? Can I even buy one piece of gear with it?

Doesn't matter how tricked out your hardware is, you're going to have memory leak every time you play in Window mode (heads up, toggling back and forth makes it even worse). It has nothing to do with SWTOR's code. There isn't an application ever programmed that won't do this when toggling between open windows. Playing full screen and not toggling around prevents it from happening.

Great suggestions Nordavind! It looks like this will be the last week for taking advantage of the low population though, If i understand the server messages I've been seeing Bioware is kicking everyone out of the origin servers after 7/30/12

It looks like other than the previous suggestions there really isn't anything so rare that you can't get it easily enough on a server with heavy population, other than world bosses and operation content. That's too bad, I was really hoping there would be something more along the lines of say a Time Lost Proto-Drake or some chests with some guaranteed artifact quality gear.
