As of the latest patch, this skill now does more damage than Force in Balance (on a total AoE basis), debuffs the movement speed of up to 5 targets by 30% for 15 seconds, and has a 7.5 second cooldown with a reasonable force cost. Mathematically speaking, you could keep 10 people snared 100% of the time with perfect placement and useage, but in reality you would most likely just keep a small group permanently snared. This is a huge tactical advantage, though.
I'm thinking this may be enough utility to drop the 23/0/18 hybrid and go 31/0/10. I don't think I will miss Force in Balance too much with the new Slow Time as a replacement (yeah you lose some range). I will, however, miss Containment.
Any other hybrid players have a chance to test it out in pvp?
