So, what is the early access all about??

WHERE do I get/find my product registration code???!!! I redeemed the pre-order code, waited and received an email saying "YOUR WAIT IS OVER" - but no code. I go to the pre-order page under 'code redemption history' and it has three things listed: 12.16.2011 Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Early Game Access: Ready to play 12.14.2011 Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Early Game Access: Ready to patch 12.14.2011 Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Digital Deluxe Edition Pre-Order But, when I go to enter the items under "My Account", product registration bar is grayed out - and when I click it, it asks for a code - of which; I DON'T HAVE!! Can someone assist me? OBVIOUSLY - I am missing a detail somewhere along the line! Many thanks!
