Alright, I was sent hear by the support staff to make my suggestions on character appearances:
Judging by how many in-game credits folks are spending on custom armor, adaptive gear,...stripping PvE/PvP gear of the mods to put in other gear, it's obvious that we as players care a lot about how we look. Heck, we even load up our companions so that they can look cool too, and be able to fight at the same time!
The point I want to make is that there is not enough customizability.
1. Luke Skywalker wore black. Why is it that only the Sith are allowed to dominate that colour?
2. I notice that some cloak hoods come down only if the "Show Head Slot" is selected. That is limiting. Not good.
3. We have the "Unify Colours" option. Why can't we have a "change colours" option. Some of the colour schemes are stupid, or the colours we want are on armor pieces that we don't like.
Let's face it, looks are not critical to gameplay, but looks create a strong connection between the player and the toon, and gives us the chance to show off. I can't stand jedi rakat/black hole armor, particularly black hole. Because of that, I'm wearing commando armor, which is regrettable, and barely workable to my tastes.
What I'm hoping for is an increased opportunity to personalize our toons. This is a social game after all.
