Need to contact customer service because my account was locked. Reason was apparently there was a glitch in the secret questions and it did not accept my answers. Phone service is non existent, being calling for 6 hours and all i get is all our agents are busy plz call back later. E-mail response - over 8 hours now and no response - plz get your act together or you will starting losing customers. This kind of service is unacceptable. I pre-ordered the game and i expect to play it before it is officialy open. Thank you.
