  1. As a Jedi Shadow, I honestly believe we are bottom 3. The only point we shine is if we vastly outgear someone. Tanks literally take forever to kill, healers are near impossible to solo if they are equal gear/level, and every ranged dps can counter our CC and laugh as they kite us. As of right now, we are only viable if we use our tank spec. Might as well survive if we can't kill.

As a juggernaut, assassin/shadow are laughable. Never got killed by one.

They are walking meat waiting to be killed.

  2. You got owned because you didn't have as good of a group as they did.

If you take random people in the street and tell them to play against a trained football team, then the team is going to win.

The problem is not that random people don't train enough, the problem is that they shouldn't play against such a team in the first place.

  3. This thread isn't about entitlement, it's about customer service.

Look at RIOT Games who run League of Legends. Supposedly they have over 35 million players, this game has a fraction of that. They work on a F2P system and are a startup company. They post constantly in pretty much every forum section, have weekly updates on upcoming patches/concerns in the community and just post things out of fun and moderate a forum that has waaaaaay more posting going on than here.

Are you telling me that a very large company such as EA/BW with infrastructure set up years ago can't post once and awhile keeping the PvP community up to date?

Btw that Dev Tracker is pretty much worthless.

It's because contrary to the people you talk about, Bioware is not passionate.

They are in it for the money. The people reading this board do it because it's their job.

They won't post unless someone gives the order because they don't give a ****.

When it's the week-end, they don't play TOR, they party and go hiking because they're casuals with business degrees.

They don't give a **** about you or the game.

Less than 1% of the players browse this forum so it's a waste of time for them.

  4. Do the TOR forums even have a search option or do you have to use google to pull data? lol

Don't you know that to get a search function you need to hire PhDs?

With $300M Bioware can't afford PhD so they got the director's nephew instead to do the website and forum.

That's why there's a waiting room after 50 people on the website.

And the site is down when the game is down because it all runs on Bobby's Pentium III.

  5. You will not clear end game pve in pug group, just as you will not be winning much in pvp pug.

Personally I don't want to farm random people in a team because it's not fair nor fun, so I play random.

It would indeed be very easy to group with other lv50 and start winning, but then I'd be part of this ****** system.

Premades should fight premades, nothing else. Until they fix that **** I'm not taking advantage of it.

  6. And no, plenty of people hate the overwhelmingly massive amount of CC in this game.

Why does everyone keep saying that? I think there is NOT enough cc.

They don't last long enough. Thus, fights are zergfests instead of skill-based.

They either last 4 seconds or they're useless root/mezz.

There is no dispell. Do you remember being dispelled a CC?

No, because it's useless dispelling them. That's how useless they are.

They are just annoying when you have the ball in huttball.

On top of that there's the resolve bar proc'ing all the time.

  7. Wait a second.... I'm not 50 yet but...

Is that how PvP gear works? You have to get multiple bags...? And there's a CHANCE in it you'll get something that you can actually use.......?

You get centurion tokens and sometimes champion gear in the bags.

Centurion tokens can buy centurion gear, which is lower quality than champion.

So if you want champion gear through grinding warzones, you have to be lucky.

I don't know where we can get champion tokens directly.

  8. I completed this mission around your level as well just foucus the big guy and don't use any aoe for some reason the master will meditate at the begining of the fight and will attacke arly if you hit him. pop all of your cooldowns and wreck the big dude fight as hard as you can and you should be able to kill him then die and come back and all that will be left is the master who is easy to defeat if you inteerupt pebbles.

Yeah same here, the old guy didn't intervene when I killed his buddy. He was like meditating.

So I killed them first try.

Wait 'til you see the rest...

  9. I remember that one. I actually laughed thinking about casuals trying to do the quest.

I did it with Quinn instead of Jaesa, but he easily outdps his heal so you have to pray for crits, give all you have and then try to survive with ChillingScream running around like a sissy...

But I for one praise BW for putting a bit of difficulty in the game. Voss has some epic fights for juggernauts.

The Trials with Corruption/TheGormak, and the Avatar of Sel-makor... That was hard, man.

  10. I don't care about the items, but since when do collector editions are about giving a better in-game experience to the rich? I thought they were for, you know, collecting things beside the game, instead of enticing players like OP into paying premium for a complete game.

RP is as much a part of the game as competition (especially for SW), and people don't like it when they pull that trick on PvP, it's called F2P shovelwares. But they're not coming for us... So we don't care.

Once again Bioware display first-class taste in marketing.
