  1. I've been subbed since launch, received the email, ravaged GC, gave stories meh+ and an overall recommend-to-others of a zero... unfortunately negative integers weren't available for selection.
  2. I received the survey as well and constructively replied to it since I work in the online sales & marketing space -- I value good feedback if well articulated to better the online experience. In this case, they were asking the basic Net Promoter Score (NPS) question with limited open ended feedback and some demographic inputs. For those not as familiar with the back-office side of survey feedback, I fully expect that at-most they'll text-mine the feedback and look for key sentiments and common keywords associated with high or low NPS scores. Some of the feedback will probably be reviewed more in-depth, but only based on how the input correlates with specific demographics to which they are sensitive. Most likely the info will help adjust the priorities of their currently planned work, I wouldn't expect much new work to come out of a survey so brief . This is really nothing more than a temperature-check following the 4.whatever fiasco just prior to a major movie release.
