Indeed I missed that part. I guess I just assumed that since they were doing it for Hollinium, they would do it for the rest of the useless mats. That's what I get for thinking they'd do something that made sense. I also thought they already did it, but I was apparently wrong about that, too.

The answer has been posted by the dev team before. They will fix it in a future patch, and in the meantime they have increased the vendor sell price on these worthless items to compensate the "wasted" crew missions.

Why are the Gloves and Leggings of the new green sets (IE Powered Nano-Tech) 134 rating, and the rest of the set only 122? Is there ANY reasonable explanation for this?

I'm not sure what reason you could have for not wanting it. If you wanted your bar to stay the same in and out of cover, then having placing the same abilities in the same spot on both bars would achieve this anyway. It's extremely useful when I played an Op in beta...just like it was extremely useful in wow as a rogue/druid.
