I have been floating between the 0/13/28 balance spec and the Telekinetics spec. Which spec in your opinions does the most damage? I have almost full Campaign/Blackhole gear, with optimized stat allocations.

why does the tier gear for healing sage seers stats all have soo much Crit whereas the DPS Sage set gear has wayyy more willpower/power. I'm seriously considering just buying the dps set Rakata gear instead. I have my 4 piece bonus in Columi but the stats are deff not good for healers! Thoughts anyone?
