Hello, trust me when I say I want this game to work, but it seems like they're doing a lot of wrongs. BUGS and CUSTOMER SERVICE When you encounter a bug in a flash or a heroic instance, preventing you from getting a reward or a loot, the customer service will do nothing to help you, in other MMOs they check the log to see if you are lying and with the in-game mail will send you your reward. The customer service in TOR does not care about you, they will just tell you it's a known bug we're working on it, meanwhile retry the flash/heroic to get your reward. NO DUAL SPEC A lot of gamers believe I'm asking for Advanced Class dual spec, I'm not. If my bounty hunter is a Mercenary, I want to be able with a single click to switch between heals and DPS. Respecs tops at 100k credit, which mean I must spend 200k to heal strangers in a flash and go back to DPS to quest. Companion are not doing enough damage to make healers on par with DPS characters when it comes to solo questing. If I stick to DPS, I will have to park myself on the fleet and spam general chat for hours until I can get a group. This will also allow better group customization during Ops. NO LFG TOOL I'm not asking for a LFG/teleport tool like WoW, but could we get at least a tool that finds us a group and then we can use emergency fleet pass to get to our party? That would allow us to quest and keep looking for a flash group HUTTBALL Very tired of playing this NO PARTY SPACE MISSION You can do something for this Dargothone

Hello, I'd like to know where are the physical locations of each servers. Right now I don't see myself starting 10 characters to compare the latency, I googled it and it seems they deleted all the old topics... Can anyone link me to the answer please?
