So i have a question for all the dps commandos out there in regards to accuracy. All of the eliminator gear has a heavy amount of accuracy which in the tooltip stats it lowers defense past the 100% mark. My question is what does this exactly mean? Does a 114% accuracy mean i lower their defense by 14%? can i bypass most classes 5% base defense? and if i do does that further lower their armor in addition to dodge and parry? If anyone has any idea post a reply! Thanks!
