I have the same thing happen to me, I never revived the quest "Defector" this was at level 23, I am 50. It has been a month +, with at least 12 tickets, plus many calls which resulted in dead ends and 4 hour wait times for someone to assist me. I ended up with no legacy, can't to Ilum daily etc. Very disappointed Bioware Keep spamming tickets and call Bioware, if anyone gets more info and has the problem resolve or continue, post and keep this threat alive

Kel Dorians should be on that list. I really wished Bioware included more races

So she can only bug after you do the quest , the defector ? because my holoterminal never gave me the quest.

I am bugged right before the quest Defector , (never received it) this was at 24, i am 40 I am NOT going to level up another guardian, I have made my main and intend to keep it that way. I do not have a legacy name nor any other companions, and ofc no story at all. Its has been 13 days of this. Keep putting in tickets(10 so far ), call them, and leave messages on their Facebook page We pay for subscription fees so things like this do not happen and(or) are fixed swiftly.

Finished both JK class quests on taris>nar shaada, never got my fallow up quest from my ships terminal, happened to anyone?

Nothing worked, I tried everything, i went with a low level jedi knight, he got the quest i didn't, while been finished with the teris class mission i roamed around hoping i overlooked something, and even if i did,like with the quest no clue how to get it back, Put in a ticket , said 'it has been passed to the right department'
