I was referring to the fact that you beat me, time wise, as I thought I may be of the minority where I had not received the code, but did get my retail box. Having received the retail box 3 days ago, you "beat" me on that one.

A threat is more or less an intent communicated to another party with the purpose to inflict some form of loss or harm. Not sure where you see in my comments I am threatening anyone with anything; I am merely 1) alerting people that their retail boxes are arriving today (Gamestop + Amazon) and 2) noting the irony of the whole situation where I have received my retail box (originally scheduled for the 20th) prior to my early access. If you are merely trying to flex your cyber muscles that you ordered this game in July go ahead and be proud...Myself, I prefer to make an educated decision on where I spend my money and had waited to hear more news about this game and GW2's release. You are correct...to a degree...BUT the IP for this game (SWTOR) carries huge amounts of weight.

I think UO should be on top because it started the genre's popularity. The PVP in that game was fabulous and the PVE was on par as well. An all around great game that is still played. Great Lakes shard ftw.

Agreed, the vast majority are ingame playing and enjoying the game. All you get on the forums is people complaining about a specific class, someone complaining about the SWTOR software causing their hdd to fail (true story; saw it today), etc.

Ordered a second CE from Gamestop a few hours ago and it arrives tomorrow errr today (made a thread about this). Preorder codes are unlikely, though you will likely be able to register your game prior to the 20th...

Ordered 1 CE from Amazon and Gamestop respectively and they will arrive tomorrow, December 16th. Not sure about whether or not standard and deluxe editions are also being shipped out this early, though I am curious nonetheless. What prompted this has also made me quite curious.

Only natural in any consumer product driven industry that a handful of items will come off the proverbial assembly line and be defective..As others have stated, it sounds like your hdd was a defective product that should have never made it past quality control, but unfortunately did. You are fortunate to have isolated the issue...because the damn thing blew up...and mend the issue and keep playing. Regardless, Bioware is not responsible.
