No one can supply an official statement it seems. Only opinions that coincidently seem to be from the same people who use this "tactic". People once were jumping up onto the sides of huttball by the pads. This cannot be done anymore. So was it intended? Probly not. They recently fixed wins not counting due to the first person leaving. Im sure no one ragequit when they were testing and it never came to light. I doubt anyone tried to jump the gap when they knew the intention was for you to use the bridges. Consider this. You open the 1st door and someone runs and jumps the gap. Assume the attackers are organized and decide to not kill anyone. Defenders are now stuck on the 1st portion unless they jump off and kill themselves. With enough CC and spawn door timers, it would be very hard to catch up to the planter once you realise what is happening. I believe you are merely supposed to kill the defenders, spawn them on the other side, open the birdge, and then proceed as normal. Why are there not any "tactics" to use at the 2nd force field? Because again you merely kill defenders and proceed. The gap was probly just for astetics and the speed boosts was placed in the middle as per usual buff layout in warzones. Regardless if it is acknowledged as acceptable by bioware, i would never do it or encourage it. If there was a "tactic" for every force field, then i would not question it and accept it as a mechanic. We will always see what we want to see. Its only human. If you want a dorito to look like the virgin mary, then it will. Obviously, I am no exception. I atleast will ask for the truth and accept it. Again, anything official would be appreciated more than opinions.

Is jumping the platforms in voidstar an exploit? i personally believe it to be, but others claim its a mechanic recognized as legit by bioware. can someone link me something that clearly states one or the other.
