I'll just add this, When EQ2 launched they did it with really high end graphics for its time knowing that the graphics would hold up as people upgraded, so as people upgraded the world got prettier. The graphics were already in place. Not the other way around.

Good thing you didn't play EQ 1, lol. When you died you had to run to your stiff naked, hope to not die again on the way. And oh by the way, there were no in game maps. It took me a few hours one time to get to my body and with help. Those were the days. 30 mins.? lol.

I told my wife that today. She called me at work today to ask if I had gotten in and I had just seen on twitter about 30 mins. earlier that all waves for the day had been sent. And that is exactly what I told her. I said, I literally know and remember what it feels like to be a kid waiting on Santa. She just laughed and said, you will get in baby. Be patient. I guess I need to practice my patience as the Jedi way teaches. I don't know if it is the time of year or what but I can literally say I have NEVER felt like this for a launch before.
