It's against the EULA, as per pretty much every MMO ever released. Its also beyond me why you would want to share an account with anyone. You are doubling (or more) your chance of your account being hacked through malicious software, you're limiting the time you get to play on your own account, and you are risking your account being banned completely and losing any money you've invested in it.

Considering Bioware have repeatedly stated in every advertisement and repeatedly on the site that pre-order early access will begin 5 days before release at the earliest, any claims of playing it right this moment shouldn't be believed.
