I have this same issue my play button for KOTET is gone! EDIT: thanks to some awesome players over on Harbinger I found the answer! SHIFT E will bring up that mission log

I'm pretty sure I waited about 15-20 minutes you could be right though my internet is trash. I happen to come across my old DVDs, I installed but now I gotta download main assets 250 it's 20gb 😭. I might try doing that again but I'd prefer just to get rid of the Bitraider since it cause so much issues as well as uses more bandwidth while you're playing. The only thing is the last time I closed out of this DVD loader the download got messed up and I hate to delete the asset 0-250 folder. And basically restart so I'm not too sure I wanna try it.

They are more than several people with this issue I've done all troubleshooting steps as listed below. Can we please get a response from bioware? this issue is obviously persistant. Mine is stuck at 98.56 % ive deleted bitraider folder about 10 times changed my DNS sever restarted PC rinse and repeated several times. I am stuck on what to do, I cannot I repeat I cannot reinstall the game this would take me over a week to do so. Also the DLC starts in 3 days and I just renewed my subscription. If I can't get this fixed I will more than likely be contacting my bank for a refund even though I don't want to that. But Im not gonna waste my money on wasted time.

Mine is stuck at 98.56 it seems a lot of people are having this issue.
