Buffalo Sabres! although this year they make me want to bash my face off the wall... So much potential so disappointing.
That's the trouble with paying players lots of money for a long time, they don't seem to play like what their "worth" is. All im hoping for this bust season is for them to get a high draft pick and just wash this year away.

The whole game feels like a faux-MMO, FPs started off awesome with BT/Esseles. Then I went into Hammer Station expecting a similar experience but was disappointed.
I am in one of the biggest guilds on my server with usually 20+ people online and it's still quiet. Planets like Hoth for example are huge and I don't think I encountered more than 5 Republic players. Big areas and zones are cool but they can also make a player feel isolated at the same time.

I love BW but I feel they really half a**ed it, just to shut people up.

It has it's bugs... but what software doesn't.
I can see this game evolving into something truly amazing! .. OOO and think of the expansions! so much fun.

I use 16 gb of RAM, the larger planets take maybe 30 secs. Ships and fleet are bout 10 secs. Not too bad.

Do you have it all set to low? Turn off shadows, that helps quite a bit.

pvp sucks. need a 3rd faction. people are abusing the **** out of the glitches and noone cares.
how the hell someone can have 3 level 50's already full BM gear is evidence in itself that there is a HUGE *********** PROBLEM

How would a 3rd faction fix anything at all? It would just spread out more people.

After rolling both sides and going to Balmorra I find them both really familiar. Like they reused the maps just changed the skins. I HATE Balmorra and I was hoping for a nice change.
Also another gripe would be Hoth or any really big planet is I hardly see other players questing. Hoth is like a giant barren that burns the retinas with brightness. I love that they have huge planets but it also feels lonely at the same time.
I'm Republic, maybe that contributes to it but I also only find a few Empire players.

To OP, so you basically want "alone time" on a MMO? While I get that maintenance time may be frustrating and may change in the future but you cannot blame BW for a childish community on your server.

Huh? so your companion left you? Did it say Guest on his/her bar in the crew window? You may have to finish the planet or main storyline for that planet before you can summon them.

Hi! I'm unsure of where I ought to post this, but hopefully this is okay. My other gaming friends have not seen the light and joined me here, so basically I'm trying to find a leveling buddy and friend. Bit about me: Canadian, girl, 24, 6 yrs of mmo playing (mostly Wow, LoL and LotR), sarcastic, chatty, nerd etc.
I've just been sampling various classes since starting and would like to 'settle down' with a main.
- any server or faction is fine
- any gender is fine
- I like to chat on Skype while I play so it would be nice to do that
- I play between the hours of 3-10MST (5-12EST) during week and any time during weekends
- I'd like to explore all the aspects (pvp, flashpoints, heroics)

So my server has less than 60 people on fleet at any given time and its also pub dominated and I need to re-roll...

I have no trouble finding Imps. Being outnumbered 4:1 is kinda nice sometimes . I kill 1 Imp 3 more show up, it's great fun for gankers.

You can't possibly expect to be on par with 50s when you just hit 50. Yes, it sucks sometimes but you have to work for it. Please no pity hand outs.

Space pvp combat would be neat but TOR is a part of the KoToR series and space combat was hardly a focus. I would rather have them focus on the storyline/flashpoints and pvp then space combat. As it is it is a nice mini game to get some quick exp to break the leveling grind.
