anybody able to help me with queue times? just re logged and its at around 5 mins now whats the worst i can expect?

i just got into the early access and being from australia chose the "oceanic" pvp realm the swiftsure now my problem is some realms have been getting large *** queues and people in general chat are saying 4 hour queues at peak times i'm wondering wether its really worth it playing here or should i try to find a diff realm on US west maybe with a few aussies but what i need to know is what the queue times are for swiftsure TLDR; whats the queue times for the swiftsure at peak times and do those peak times reflect australian or american times, thanks

blah i dont wanna wait till tomorrow i want in now but i should be getting in tomorrow i would have pre ordered earlier if i could purchase a digital copy from my country or have had amazon ship to a post office box in the end i had to get em to ship it to my gfs house since my house doesnt get any post delivered and we have to have a po box

Thanks for giving us a grace period of 2 days but i live in Australia and my box isnt expected to arrive by the 22nd even with amazons quickest (and most expensive ) shiping option There should be an extended grace for those living outside the chosen regions in my humble opinion.

Even with the fastest shipping option from amazon i doubt it will reach australia in 2 days thanks for implementing a grace period but its not long enough for me i am still looking at not being able to play is there some way i can forward my amazon shipping details to bioware support so you can see i didnt cancel my preorder and extend my grace period?

just done that and now it says 21st - 28th as the estimated time of arrival hurray for 14 bucks extra shipping cost for both copies ive ordered oh and while im at it i had to sign up my gf onto amazon because it wouldnt let me order 2 copys from the same account sigh but at least now theyre saying we'll get it by new years at the latest but still i dont wanna miss any time

as somebody from australia who ordered a physical copy from amazon since i couldnt order a digital copy am i going to get into the game for a couple of days pre access then not get back into it for a week or 2 until the mail finally arrives here after the xmas/ nye period dies down? amazon has it listed as arriving dec 30 to jan 10

This needs to be implemented ASAP i hated having to fork out cash every time i wanted to switch roles back in vanilla wow and i enjoyed the way rift handles specs with allowing up to 5 diff roles you can switch in an out of giving you an option to have a dps pve spec, dps pvp spec, heal pvp spec , heal pve spec and maybe an aoe heavy spec too without having to pay to switch between em all without having seen the specs yet it would be nice to at least have access to a heal offspec so i could get into a group that way if i have trouble finding room as a dps

thanks for the replies and it only just occured to me i never mentioned what server type i was looking to roll on. then i remembered i still hadnt asked the gf yet what server she wanted to roll on but thanks for the help aside from the whiners i'm enjoying the community here so far seems pretty decent.

well one of the ones i saw deleted was likely because it was highly offensive and used derogatory language perhaps if you keep it civil they will let the thread stay. i suggest that the people complaining build a bridge and get over it you cant play 7 days early when 2 months ago you would have been happy with 5? see if your in by the 5 days and if still not in by 5 days then you have a right to complain but for now shut up and be grateful that we got an extra 2 days for the earliest people to get in so you can get in soon

As an australian we don't get oceanic servers but i'm looking for some help in suggestions on the server to play my thoughts are that a US WEST server will suit me best as its what ive played in other games but it would be nice to find one with a higher pop of people in my time zone so TLDR; is there an unofficial oceanic server where i can find aussies or should i just pick a random US west server?
