I've been playing MMO's for a really long time, but TOR is really something else. The thing is, I'm mainly a RP player, so don't get me wrong, I'm not being biased, but seriously, wow. The Legacy System looks absolutely amazing, I have a Smuggler who's story I've been thinking about and this just about fits right in. I appreciate what BioWare has done for real RP players, it's truly amazing, because we've never been catered to so well in an MMO before! I mean, I've played WoW for five years, so I know. The RP was alright, but the range of RP'ing that you can portray in TOR is whats the catch. I'll be sticking around for a long time.

I believe that you can set the max camera distance from the 'Controls' tab on the 'Preferences' screen.
