  1. Yes it is, it's in the codex under game mechanics. Reads something on the lines of: ammo regenerates faster when you have more of it, so use hammer shot regularly to keep your ammo up.
  2. Oh boy, another one of these threads. You're confusing lore and game mechanics. To capture the many intricacies of lightsaber combat forms is an enormous endeavour. One of which you could, essentially, make an entire game. BioWare, abstracted and simplified it, because if they hadn't the result would be a giant hydra of a game to balance, where if you fix one issue, at least two more arise (I've done some indie gamedesign so I have experienced this on a much smaller scale). The mechanics of a game never fit its lore. Not even when the game is the prime source like it is with WoW, for example. You can hardly expect BioWare to be perfect lorewise, the collection of lore in StarWars is simply too vast.
  3. You should play through the SI story, your companions won't shut up
  4. A lightsaber is just a device, no force using is needed to wield it. However, since the blade is weightless superhuman sensory perception (as granted by Force Sensitivity) is needed to prevent yourself from cutting yourself. In Grievous (AFAIK), his cybernetics gave him the perception needed.
  5. Master Obi-wan Kenobi should be on this list. After all, Master Windu has been known to point him out when the topics of saber form mastery and swordsmanship come up.
  6. Which doesn't happen alot on my sorcerer. I put affliction there for easily applying it on multiple targets.
  7. The stories span the entire levelling period of your character, ie. you start your story at lvl one and finish it at level 50
  8. What matters is the socket the processor requires and what socket the motherboard supports. Neither of these show up on DxDiag, afaik. Try to find the box your motherboard came in, it should be listed on there. After looking through your links, I've concluded that it doesn't. Your Motherboard has a AM2 socket and the processor requires an AM3 Socket.
  9. Sith Inq (fem, LS) Karrah was born into a lowly Zabrak clan. Orphaned at a young age, she and her brother were separated when her brother was found to be force-sensitive. She was further raised, toiling in the slave pens, by a friendly Twi'lek woman. As she grew older her surrogate mother cared for many others in the slave community, and the two became a beacon of comfort in the slaves' harsh lives. When her latent force-sensitivity became apparent, she was send off to the Academy on Korriban. Try as they might, the overseers never were able to do away with Karrah's disinclination to do unnecessary harm, nor with her enthusiasm to help those in need. Over the years, Karrah was never able to find her brother again, but she has heard of his exploits. Needless to say, she wasn't pleased with what the Sith made him into, and she forever resents the order for it. Sith Warr (male, DS) Hajeed was born into a lowly Zabrak clan. Orphaned at a young age, he and his sister were separated when he was found to be force-sensitive. Due to his early indoctrination, he knows no truth other than the absolute power of the Sith and the Dark Side. He takes pleasure in his power and every way he can display it. The harsh lessons of the Korriban Academy has left him emotionally unstable, taking a preference to violence over calm. He has been the tool for many different people at the Academy, both Overseers and fellow Acolytes alike. Anyone who knew how to direct Hajeeds apparent madness used him as a means to their own ends. Although he seems merely mad, there is one way to reason with him; sharing the ideals of the Dark Side. He never would do harm to those who wish to relish in his power with him.
  10. well, there is the DS/LS mechanic, so a Sith can do LS actions and a Jedi can do DS actions. However, you can't switch from imperial to republic.
  11. At least something better than we have now, yes, though I would like it to be localized to the server you play on, because of the server reputation aspect. I want people to remember me as a good player
  12. you needn't have it on you, you merely need to know where it is.
  13. Darth Maul is a prime example of sith naming weirdness. A Maul is a medieval sledgehammer, so his name is a (common?) english word. On the other hand it seems that changing you name upon becoming a sith isn't common in the SWTOR era...
  14. your math isn't wrong at all. People who registered their pre-order in December are afraid they won't get to play in the early access until December 19th (hence one day). They shouldn't worry though, they'll probably get in today or tomorrow...
