    I also encounterd this. I also could not walk up the ramp in a strait line, I had to zig zag up the ramp. Anyways, I was able to get through by spaming jump. When I got through I was at an angle in the left corner of the planks. Hard to explain but after 20 min googling I was basically banging the space bar and arrow keys and magically I got through.
