After updating my system which I hadn't played for some time I try to login but it fails. After entering the username/password and clicking Play I get the initial loading screen for a few seconds, with the 'wheel' turning in the bottom right, but then this is replaced by a screen which is just purple/orange. The music still plays in the background but I never get to the character selection screen. What is this and how do I fix it?

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away for the last few days. I didn't realise KoTFE wasn't actually live yer, having received the Swoop in the mail on my existing characters I kind of assumed that the expac was live. Thanks for pointing that out. I don't really intend to play a boosted 60, I intend to run a new character through the revised content, but since my highest character is only 45 I thought seeing life at 60 would be entertaining.

I re-subbed on 13 October and got an e-mail that said: "Subscribe by October 19 to get the Swoop Mount – and all subscribers get a Free Level 60 Character!" Clearly I qualify because my characters are getting the Swwop but when I click Create Character the level 60 option isn't available and I'm told to buy one. How is this 'perk' supposed to be made available?

Why is it that when you right-click on a chat log entry when in a start zone, such as Tythos, you can only REPORT SPAM but when you're in, say, Fleet you get several options including harassment (or something like it, can't recall right now). Seems like I can report some jerk using the 'N' word in Fleet but not in a starter zone, I don't understand why since getting to Fleet at least requires you to play the game for an hour or two while there are many jerks on level 1s.

Why would you want to change a spec for a duel?
