Same issue, also have a similar issue with Belsavis bonus series

Personally, not having this is preventing me from playing my female characters past a certain point. It's really frustrating, i can't imagine being in a "relationship" with random hairy all over the place dude.

Vette and Jaesa are similar in terms of dps. Quinn is highly situational, and i rarely use him now that i have a full columni set (i'm tank specced). I prefer Vette though, Jaessa will just stand in the aoe and die at any mob that uses some area of effect. The other companions are not worth mentioning, they can't reach the dps of Vette/Jaesa and we have no use for a tank companion.

I'm a level 47 juggernaut. Honestly i don't see the problems you guys are having. The only complaint i would have is lack of targets target on the mobs, but that is system issue. It's sometimes difficult to spot the mob in the blob that is hitting someone else. Other than that, i feel i have all the tools i need in order to control the flow of aggro. There is no need to hug the aggro all for yourself, you can spread the love around for a couple of hits. It keeps the dps on their toes . And i certainly haven't had any issues in controlling aggro versus other tanks.
