The new Force Alliance pack does not increase rep with any of the old vendors. And as of now I am not sure if there is anyway to build rep with them. There needs to be a way you can buy those specific packs so you can build rep with them or just make the new ones cover them all. I would have bought them back when they were out if I new they were going to become impossible to get.
