I've tried logmein but when I open SWTOR, after the login dialog box, my screen goes black and I can't see anything. any tips? would LOVE to craft at work!

Same trouble here, tried 7X with T7 and couldn't do it. I switched to Kira and took him down easily. Once he's down, you can summon T7 back and complete the quest.
