I am completely baffled by the constant complaining in the forums, I just don't get it! You paid for the game, you play the game and enjoy whatever content is there. That should be enough for everyone. If YOU wanted the game created to YOUR individual wants and needs, then by God YOU should have become a game designer. I play for fun and only for fun, when the game stops being fun to me, I move on. Like all MMO's this one will evolve and become better or worse depending on your point of view and what you like/dislike, enjoy it now and quit trying to force changes that YOU want. The devs try to make the game fun and enjoyable to a very large and diverse player base and of course they cannot possibly please everyone and shouldn't even try. So, to all you whinners, chronic complainers and just trolls out there, be still for awhile, enjoy whats there now and let the devs work on the evolution of the game, Offer suggestions for improvement in the future but don't be so crass as to threaten to quit if it doesn't happen right away, thats childish and hopfully they just ignore it anyway. It appears no one actually playing the game has a clue on maintenance and deployment of a MMO game. So in view of your lack of understanding please just relax and enjoy your time away from the keyboard, get some fresh air, walk the dogs, READ. Venting your seemingly endless rage is futile and a waste of energy. Believe me when I say you ARE getting more than your $15.00 worth of play time in any 30 day period and should just be thankful for it and not go laying out the pitiful rage threads I see on here. I am an adult and I know many of you are adults as well, so act like it. If you wish to quit playing over the minor problems within the game, so be it, QUIT!! You won't be missed by Bioware and more important, you won't be missed by the general SWTOR population. Here's to adults with patience and understanding, I salute YOU. The rest of you? PVP on Ilum, state of the game today. Republic players have resorted to trading valor with imps who have too much now. Sad day for this on Ilum, the Imperials have way too many players already Battlemaster geared compared to Republic players and Ilum is mostly dead. The daily/weekly pvp quests on ilum are a joke for Republic players, a gift to Imperials as the armament caches only spawn in central where the Imperial players have complete control over. BW, You have created a system on Ilum for lvl 50 players to develope the valor exploit for Republic players to gain valor somewhat quickly. They group together mostly at central and allow them selves to be dominated by imperial players for a CHANCE to do the same thing to them and thus gain valor points. Doesn't always work out as the imps are under no real constraints to abuse this situation and often they do.. Bad enough they out number us badly, worse they are getting catered to in the armament spawn area which allows them to get their dailies and weeklies done in a day. Sad day for the Republic. Black Vulkars server is an Imperial Server, no doubt about it and thats the way BW wants it to be.

I've been patient, still am and no matter what happens today nor how long I continue playing this game once I do get access, one thing is sure in my mind; I will NEVER buy another bioware game.

I see, for 4 days now it's by date and now at last they intend to do mass invites. Why in gods name didn't they do that starting with the first wave today?? We'd all be in game by now. Oh well, not to reason why, just shutup and ... you get the gist!

I just watch the 'Code Redemption History' if it changes then I'm in!

Patience Padowans, patience. All in good time, dec was a large pre-order month and they are doing exactly as they said they would do all along. Chill and be rewarded when your time comes.

Like I said in the other thread, with so many dec pre-orders they probably did the rest of the 7th and most of the 8th. Wave 2 will be the rest of the 8th and if possible some of the 9th. I'm hoping as I am in the 9th pre-orderers.

I figure they will finish the 7th invites, the 8th and early 9th on the first wave. Might not even get to the 9th on the first wave.. Here's to hoping I'm wrong!

The wave post indicated that the pre-orders in dec. skyrocketed in the first two weeks so they will add larger waves covering fewer days today. So I wish good luck to all and hope by wave 4 we are all in.

Here's the good news: overnight we decided to send out more invites than we had originally planned. However, we'll be spacing those invites out, which means we'll have more 'waves' than the previous four-per-day. We are inviting more people today than we did during yesterday. I'll update this thread as we send invites. As a reminder, we're also updating our official Twitter accounts (@SWTOR, @SWTOR_FR and @SWTOR_DE) with the invites as they sent; that'll be more up-to-the-minute than this post. For anyone who's not yet been invited, remember to have the email address no-reply@bioware.swtor.com in your address book so it doesn't hit spam filters. Assuming you have the SWTOR client installed, you can also periodically launch it. If you're ready to go your 'play' button will be click-able. Wave One was sent at 8AM CST (6AM PST / 9AM EST / 2PM GMT / 3PM CET). so perhaps there's hope after all!

heh, BW isn't under any obligation to let us all in today, they have already stated Dec on Friday and i think they might stick to that schedule. I hope not though, my redeem date is the 9th and I would love to start playing today but I'm not counting on it today.

I guess my guild is not gonna be playing swtor anytime soon then. Oh well, will have to find new friends in game.

Well it seems that Friday will be the day instead of tomorrow. Too bad I didn't know about the pre-order and early access before December 9th. Thats what you get for keeping your nose down and grinding away in Aion. I'm saddened they allowed staggered access to the pvp servers, the pve ones, who cares, I mean it's pve.. But the pvp servers means lots of nasty little kids with chips on their shoulders hanging round the closest starter area they can get to so as to 'get some'. Lame. Real lame. Wow was worse though, they actually let in high lvl players into the starter zones for ganking. Saw a brave level 55 Pally in the tauren starter zone staring down 20 or 30 level 10s to 15s. Was sad, he wiped them out and then called THEM lame or that they sucked. This too will happen here and Bioware has facilitated the action with this staggered introduction. Doesn't give me any faith in the company for sure and not sure if this game is really gonna be worth it in the long run. We'll see though, perhaps from the rough start a true gem will be created. it's possible!

Well I have refute this guy, I ordered the pre-launch early access with the digital download of the game and I am here posting. Won't get early access though for awhile, i did my pre-order on 12-9-11 so I guess I will be in the last way on the 19th and probably only get a few to play before it goes live everywhere.
