I've been a subscriber off and on for many, many years. Yesterday afternoon I was subscribed. I did a few heroics on Nar Shaddaa. Later in the evening I logged in again and my account was flagged as Preferred and all of my Subscriber benefits were locked. I checked the website and even made sure my subscription was active, but now a full day later it is still "Preferred" whenever I try to log in. I cannot file a ticket in-game because the game thinks I am not subscribed, and I cannot reach anyone at ea support's website because the site redirects in endless circles back on itself telling me to either call the phone number for support or file a ticket in-game. I tried calling the support phone number, but it said nobody is available to answer and immediately hung up on me. I have an active subscription right now, but I'm still showing as Preferred and can't do anything about it. What should I do??
