  1. Revan's Legacy (RL) have our origins over 7 years ago in the Matrix Online. After that game went offline in 2009, we transitioned from our former name Morpheus' Legacy to Revan's Legacy , and retained most of our core members for the two-year transition to SWTOR.

In SWTOR, we ended up on the Helm of Graush server, and eventually ended up on Pot5.

We are a fairly mixed Guild with a variety of members... those hardcore ones who play everyday to casual members who are in it for fun. We participate in all PvP and PvE content. Currently, we are building Rated War Zone Teams with some of the server's best PvPers. We also have an RP story behind our Guild and what we stand for. That being said - we don't require active RP in game, and see no reason to be on a RP-PvP server.

RL has many resources - multiple high end crafters, experts in every class, guild bank, vent server, and an extensive website www-revans-legacy.com.

We do not mass recruit. We encourage potential applicants to explore our site and see if they think a great fit can be made. Then a brief application process to get to know the prospective member. We like our members to engage together and not wonder who someone is in the Guild. That is not our idea of community!

  2. Caveat: I play as an Immortal Jugg, mostly PvPer, full augmented WH gear (with End 18/Power 12) .

    1. I think it isn't really respected much. In rated WZs, I can bursted down to nothing in a few seconds if I don't have my cooldowns. It is stunning how truly useless armor and shields are on this class - and it certainly isn't made up in the damage we do... that is laughable. If the opponent is newer however and has little skill, like in a regular WZ, I do well. But, I'm also typically far more experienced and geared in that situation than they are.

    2. It is a fun class, I've run with it since launch and in Beta. It isn't easy however, and it is frustrating that I cannot compete with similar skilled/geared opponents 1v1. And any DOTing Sages/Sorcs or HOTing Smugglers/Ops are impossible to kill 1v1 with any modicum of skill. That is not fun at all. It would be nice to have a chance to break even.

Basically, it is an underpowered class. The defensive and healing buffs don't make up for the lack of damage output, and the top level ability is really a complete waste for 4 rage.

  3. Assassins in tank stance have much lower defense and armor rating then the other tanks already. They have to rely on shielding. You can't shield anything in PvP that is going to actually hurt you. Now you lower their armor and minor healing even more.

You should make shields actually work in PvP to offset this loss of survivability to a tank class. Unless you want all sins to just be DPS specs.

No, they really were OP. Light armor should never equal, and (absurdly... I mean really... a robe and dress exceeding freaking quadranium and whatnot???) exceed heavy armor characters. Add the self healing and it was pretty ridiculous.

And yeah that counts for PvP too. Why are there so many of them if that wasn't the case?

  4. Not a huge fan of the Jugg changes. I'm probably one of the only full Immortal Juggernauts that uses this spec (with full WH War Leader gear) pretty much only for PvP, with PvE as an afterthought. While I agree the threat gen changes are needed for PvE, the changes make this spec more useless for 1v1 PvP encounters with the decreased ability to deal damage. It becomes a useful spec only for Team based PvP with the additions to AoE.

It is already impossible to kill DoT Sages/Sorcs as a full Immortal 1v1 due to kiting, and Op/Smuggler Healers also because of the uninterruptable constant stacked hots. This change means Sage/Sorc and Merc/Trooper healers will also go into the impossible to kill category.

Looks like I'll be like everyone else and be a (yawn) smash-happy Ragernaut.

  5. Admittedly, I have little experience operating a healer in this game, as through Beta and today I've done combat classes.

But, some heal classes in general do need a nerf in PvP, if not in PvE. It is absurd that two stacked healers can roll a WZ so significantly. Perhaps it should have been as simple as a large reduction in HPs restored during a PvP fight.

I find the crying in the thread pretty funny however. Some healer classes are really ridiculously OPed... Sage/Inq and Trooper/BH in particular. Doesn't seem like Smuggler and Op healers are too out of whack.

  6. Good. Sometimes people can go days without getting even one battlemaster commendation for alot of hard work(republic that is)So that 25% chance sometimes is a little off.

There is no way in Hell the drop rate is 25%. More like 10% or less. I have a War Hero 70+ player in my Guild still missing 6 pieces.
