  1. I'm having the same issue. I can live with queues, no problem at all. But I can't live with your game disconnecting me without grace periods. This screws up my plans for the day. I usually have around 1½hour of queue, and when I finally get in, I get to play for about 30 mins before I get the "error code 9000", where after I DC - back in queue. And no, this is not a problem with my ISP, as my internet only DC's in SW:TOR.
  2. Negative. Everyone will be in by tomorrow, as they only need 1-15th of December.
  3. That's egoistic, incase you wont be using the name you're reserving, and someone else wants it... Hmm.
  4. Skyrim didn't manage to catch my attention the same way other Bethesda titles did, like Fallout 3...
  5. Do you really think that the spike is so huge, that 1 week would take all day, provided they'll invite "even more" (even though it's vague, we got to assume that it's more invites than there have been sent out this far pr. day). I think we will see early december getting in tomorrow aswell. Or rather, if everything goes as planned today, I know it!
  6. Provided the huge spike they said there was at the end of November / start december, will be smaller than the July one, which would make good sense. But yeah I get your point. Caution seems to be BW's trademark.
  7. Halt your whine, thee sacred December-preorderers! I snuggled out this update from a developer, which were posted yesterday! (Wednesday) "A quick update on today's invites, and a little preview of tomorrow. Today (Wednesday), we invited people who had pre-ordered up to the very beginning of October (roughly). Tomorrow (Thursday, today), we're going to be inviting the same number of people again; that will take us up to the last week or so of November. On Friday, we'll be inviting even more, and we'll give you an update on that tomorrow. You'll see more servers coming online tomorrow, and almost certainly there will be some queuing. That was always expected. As a reminder, our plan here is to maintain healthy server populations post launch, and during the excitement of launch that will mean queues. That said, we'll be working hard to keep those queues reasonable. We'll check back in tomorrow with another update." Take particular notice of the the text I highlighted with bold. If today will take us to the last week of November, a highly qualified guess would be that the rest will be in tomorrow. Fret no more! SWTOR is coming... Your saga will begin... Soon...
  8. I need to buy a new gaming keyboard, and my budget is about 122 dollars. It needs to have programmable macro buttons, so I can be 31337 and keybind all my spells, like I could with my old keyboard before it broke :-/... I'dd also prefer it to be mechanical, but not a direct requirement. Any suggestions?
  9. Take in account that there were a huge spike of orders at end november... So we might see november consuming a whole day... I wouldn't get my heads up too high, I'll say saturday will be the earliest day for december pre-orders to come in.
  10. December 7th here, and proud of it! Up with your hope guys, we will be playing by the weekend ATLEAST!
  11. Shouldn't you be playing the game then? Instead of pestering the forums with your elementary school grammatics .
  12. Nice guide but you're wrong about something. Russian players will need 140% accuracy.
  13. You might've just been unlucky then, and should most likely get in today. A lot of people that pre-ordered the same day didn't get in, because of the huge spike that pre-ordered.
  14. I don't. I pre-ordered the 7th of december, so I wont get in anytime soon most likely. But my point still stands.
  15. I'm really tired of seeing all the forum threads about how BioWare is handling out their invites for EGA. They gave us an extra two days, TWO days more, than initially planned. Now, one may ask, why did they do this? I'll tell you. They did it because they wanted to get a smooth start. And why's that? Well. The first two days will be used as a tool to monitor any serverside errors, and if something goes wrong, atleast it's only a small ammount of players that's getting affected. And don't give me the "they've had all beta to that" ****. Launch is different. These are real servers, and people are paying them to play. They want everything to go smooth, and from my perspective everyone will have a good chance of getting in by friday atleast. Why? Because they'll be rolling out invites in much bigger waves now. They'll only invite a small playerbase the first day, a little bigger base the second day, and by thursday they'll start rolling invites out to the masses. Just have patience. And countless threads about BioWare not doing their job good enough is certainly not going to help them do it better.
  16. Woah 3 minute bump, relax bro. But yeah... Your guild should be pre-assigned to a server, if you locked in during pre-EGA. If not, then you most likely have to re-rolle yes.
  17. ... but then I took a blaster-shot in the knee.
  18. Consider ourselves lucky? We pre-orderede to get EGA, as it was a part of the license agreement bro
  19. ^this. This only means that people who preordered later have a chance of getting in earlier.
  20. Off-topic, but are you buy chance eXes from LoL?
  21. Bump for explanation. I could understand if they were full, but this is just BioWare ******** on us?
  22. They NEED to give people EGA, even if they preordered in December, as it was a part of the license agreement. I don't care if I get in today, tomorrow or on thursday, but I want my EGA. And yes, I preordered in december.
  23. 21th of July - 8th of August - Today (they wont let a lot of people in today, as it's the first day servers are up and running for public, so they need to monitor and stabilize them) 8th of August - 1st of September - Tomorrow (they'll start letting huger portions of pre-orders in) 1th of September -25th of September - Thursday 25th of September - 1st of October - Friday (they wont let in a lot of people this day, as it's friday, and they know that a lot of people will be online). 1st of October - 25th of November - Saturday (same as for friday, but the servers have been up and running for a while now, so they should be moderately stable). 25th of November - currently - Sunday (they should be comfortable enough to let the masses in now, so everyone will get atleast 1-2 days of early access). In case you wonder, I redeemed my preorder the 7th of December, and I'm dying to get in I really hope that it'll go better than expected for Bioware, and that they'll be able to let everyone in for the weekend (friday).
