You can still play today, up until 6PM CST (4PM PST/7PM EST/12AM GMT/1AM CET). After that the servers will be offline and unavailable to play for about five hours. You can see the schedule for more information here. So go ahead and log in, you have roughly 17 hours till maintenance!

Today you should be receiving your official Game Product Registration Code via email which is that code it is asking for. You can see our Preorder FAQ for more information:
If you pre-ordered a digital version of the Game, the payment card that you input into the Origin.com billing system at the time of pre-order will be used to charge the remaining cost of the Game starting on December 16th and the official Game Product Registration Code of your digital edition will be emailed to the email address associated with your pre-order starting on December 16th at 8:00AM PST. -
