Don't bring a Scoundrel as DPS as PVE content? They should be taking on an Assassin and healing themselves /shrug

Hi, I can see this question has been asked previously but that was months ago and so I wasn't sure if anyone should shed some more light on this. Is it possible to acquire Stormguard and Avengers armour in game? Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm slightly confused as to which Scoundrel set I should be getting as a Scrapper spec. The set bonus for Enforcer seems the better of the two, but I think I prefer the stat's on the Field Tech set... Any thoughts?
