  1. Just start another character on an empty server and simply enjoy the game
  2. I just wanted to say, the quests in this game are the best i ever saw in a MMORPG. I'm completelly hooked! Even when i had to collect X relics or what not, the story gave a perfectly plausible reason for doing so. And the other NPCs are great. I play as a sith inquisitor and it's a real pleasure to talk to all the half deluded half mad characters in this game. Amazing job, Bioware. I didn't think you could do it, but you did.
  3. Are you sure you didn't know before hand you had to redeem? If you didn't, then congrats, you're one of the 5% of people who would waste time on something like this. There is a name for this, I just don't remember at this time
  4. To everyone who is saying is my own fault - you have no clue. There is something called "Usability engineer" who does "Usability testing", and if you find one of these guys (and they should have a couple of them around), they will point out that puting instructions at the bottom of a 2 page e-mail with numbers and crap is seriously stupid. There are numerous studies about stuff like this. Their e-mail sucks. Yes, i didn't read it, but 95% of the people wouldn't have read it either.
  5. Stop the BS, this is like putting a door knob on the top of the door and then saying it's my fault for not being taller. How were they supposed to know i preordered? It's THEIR FREAKING STORE. And putting instruction at the bottom is an usability issue, nobody reads through that much crap.
  6. I preordered online from their online store, what cashier? And this is the mail i got: "Thank you for ordering from Origin Store on September 24, 2011. The following email is a summary of your order. Please use this as your proof of purchase. If you paid by credit card, please look for EA * Origin.com on your credit card billing statement." .... More blah blah and 2 pages later at the bottom redeem instructions. Who the hell reads two pages of crap?
  7. Why did they have to put the reedeem instructions at the *bottom* of the order confirmation e-mail.. It should have been in big RED at the top. I never read past the "Thank you for preordering, here is your confirmation code".
  8. Stupid system, I preordered in September but didn't realize i have to "redeem" until December. Why this extra step? And if it's really needed, why no go on the preorder date and not on the "redeem" date?
