In PvP: Slip Away by about 132214 miles. There are many ways to get high up in the Medic tree for PvP that don't involve wasting 4 points into a spell that shouldn't even be bound.

If one sorc is topping damage and healing in the WF, it generally is showing two things--1) I think the sorc/sage class is a touch stronger as a class at this level, especially in the resources department. 2) More importantly, even with a good toon, people that can do this are often quite talented at the game. Additionally, you might just be focus healing a bit too much to only be doing 40-50k a WF. Especially being 31, with access to Surgical Probes. He might be around his allies more and thus having more damage to heal, while you focus on 1-2 guys doing the objective.

I have enough hotkey spots filled, and this spell isn't good enough to be bound. Note: I only PvP and could see carebears using it.

1. Have an ounce of situational awareness and, instead of staring at bars on the side of your screen, watch who the enemy is attacking. 2. Heal that person.

Frag grenade, Carbine Burst, and Shiv for Stim Boost.

I don't quite get the "such and such is level 50 in two days while I was waiting". That should just tell you that you are only two days behind catching up to him...
