What? They SAVED the Mandalorians in TCW. If it weren't for that retcon, the Mandalorians would still be a race of pretentious Mary Sues/Gary Stus under the thumb of the bad writer that is Karen Traviss.

No. I prefer the Mando pacifists over Traviss's Mandos. They provide an interesting change of culture for once in the Star Wars galaxy.

OK, so almost everyone hates Karen Traviss and thinks she's a horrible writer. But who here actually likes Karen Traviss and thinks she's a great writer? Regarding myself, I'm apart of the majority. I loath Karen Traviss and I'm glad she's not writing anymore Star Wars novels.

It doesn't matter what some novels say. Star Wars: The Clone Wars is T canon while the novels, comics, and games are C canon. T canon supercedes C canon.

I've noticed a few more interesting details from this version of the trailer. For example, did anyone else notice that at around 1:44 Darth Maul had pants? Thank God! We can't have our kids seeing Maul's full frontal nudity!

I hope they work on the game till 2015. They need to put in as much content into this project as they possibly can. The thing that hurt TFU II was it's short development cycle.

Judging by Filoni's "sorrow" line, I think Satine is going to die this season. Even if the Padme-centric arc is bad, I don't think it will "kill TCW". Season 5 has a lot of things that could easily overshadow the hypothetical disappointment of the arc, such as Darth Maul, the Battle of Onderon(which ties into the formation of the Rebels), the Black Sun's debut, and some advancement in the Mandalorian story-line. Also, even if Padme proves to be annoying(as usual), at least the action and animation will still be good as was seen in the new clip.

The first rated-M Star Wars game? That's an interesting thought but I think it's a bit unlikely. I mean, LucasArts may put a little more effort into this game than they do for most of the games they create but at the end of the day, they're all about making money and an M rating is bad for business.

We don't even know the specs of the Wii-U yet, but we do know that many devs have been impressed with the system's power. I wouldn't count the Wii-U out just yet...

OK, I totally understand your hatred for the Kinect and MMO's, but as a Nintendo fan I have to say: why the Wii-U? I mean, come on...

I'm actually glad we learned the little that we did about this game. I was afraid that it would be something cartoony and set during the Clone Wars era but judging by that screenshot on the Kotaku article and the concept art at the LucasArts.com main page, I'm a little optomistic about this game. It's good that they chose to set it during the Imperial era and went for a more photo-realistic approach.

Oh, yeah, and guys: don't get your hopes up. For all you know, this game could be another disappointment like Kinect Star Wars. In fact, prepare to see something stupid so that you aren't disappointed.

An entire race of Gary Stus being stupid is reason enough not to include them in a game. And for the record, it's not that some fans will be angry, it's that a A LOT of fans will be angry with their inclusion. Do you know how many people dislike the NJO books? And I understand that the Yuuzhan Vong are an alternative to the overused Sith threat, but they are by no means a good alternative.
