  1. The nerf to survivability of the commando definitely makes it much less fun to play. No argument about that.

There is only one solution for that, enough players must be queueing the same system so it can do ranking/sorting based on gear and valor rating and put teams against teams and new 50ies against new 50ies. But as said it requires a big pool of players (cross server queue?) or queue times will be very long...
  3. yeah, but a battle master commendation costed 4000 comms before patch. And you needed 3 of those for a weapon. Or you could wait on luck from your bags, with ****** random number generator that could make you feel that you wasted an entire evening.... It is much easier to get BM gear now. War Hero is pretty much impossible to get presently for the casual gamer... so the jury is out on this till we see how the ranked WZ is implemented.
  4. Comms are definitely better after the hotfix. The biggest issue now is the lightsaber brigade with OP damage output.
  5. Commando's are low on the food chain these days. But if you can avoid the lightsaber brigade you can still pull your weight. If you cant deal with that reroll. :-)
  6. I need some more solid information on how I can maximise my gain on a loosing team. How is 1 medal per player going to affect me? I can easily get 6-8 medals even when loosing so that change has no direct impact for me, or does it? I refuse to log in a play with the current rule set.
  7. This is a game dudes, no one is going to get world famous or earn enormous amounts of money for winning swtor pvp. Focus on what keeps people playing so you have someone to play against. If you want to be a winner, go out in to the real world and win some...
  8. I don't mind running with a poor team and loosing badly if I can still achieve a big reward from getting medals. And if medals are designed around trying to win, then that will be the optimal really.
  9. Its more fun for everybody if there is a reason to stay and fight a loosing battle.
  10. Gear makes a huge difference, so winning is sometime just not an option. So currently people are quitting the warzoness in droves once it becomes apparent that opponents are a premade in good gear - that does not make for a fun game play. In non-ranked matched where it is completely random if you are going to win or loose, make it more even, so at least you get something out of fighting for your medals. Currently you can maybe get 4-5 medals on a big loose and that is 20-30 comms. Much better just to quit at the beginning and look for a new game.
  11. yeah save up the wz and merc commendations to 1000/1000 for next patch, dont use them to buy bm commendations, that is too expensive, instead buy stims and adrenals while they are cheap.
  12. the system sucks big time, i have heard its 25% drop rate, but myself is on 1/13, so it does not seem like 25%. when it doesnt drop from the bag you feel like wasting 3 hours to get that daily and for no reward...

    1 com out of 10 bags, which ever dev thought of having 25% chance should be fired. 100% chance and 4 times higher prices would just have been so much better...
  14. It is just stupid that there has to be 25% chance for 1 BM comm. It should be 100% for one BM comm and then the prices should be 4 times higher. Same average pacing, no player complains. Only conclusion: Major design fail...
