Came here to post this. Its stupid to have abilities that you can't use in PvP, and I can't even use cheap shot/head shot against elites, only silver and lower, they are terrible powers at their current incantation.

I am a lvl 34 GS with all my points in dirty fighting and I top the damage charts on every single OP ive been in. Sometimes I beat other people by over 100k damage. I even beat a level 50 gunslinger by 40k.
