Recruitment status: - 1 tank, preferably shadow. Guild information Guild description Created in the early weeks of the launch Knights of Cydonia, now named Exhaustion Zone consists of experienced raiders from earlier games with a passion for content completion. We focus exclusively on 8-man content. Guild goals Though we welcome anyone sexy for a social/pvp rank, our main focus is steady pve progress. We aim to complete all 8-man content before the next operation patch. Social or pvp members do not need to apply to be accepted but can ask us for an ingame invite. What do we expect? From a pve member we expect the following: - Be ready for progress in the current content. - Have experience with progress raiding. This can also include other games. - Have a high attendency on our raiding days: ~ Tuesday 19:00-23:00 GMT+1 ~ Thursday 19:00-23:00 GMT+1 - If you know you won't be able to attend any of these raids, keep us informed beforehand. - Be able to listen to ventrilo. Using a microphone is optional. - Be able to use the MOX parser. We can help you get it running if you have problems here. - Take care of your gear and talent spec, as well as consumables. What do we offer? - We do not recruit for benching. We can offer a raidspot almost all nights. - A friendly raiding environment, where leading is focused towards guild progress. We do not take pride in calling out mistakes, but solving our problems towards progression is always the main goal. This includes calm but clear raidleading. - Raidspots during farmraids being based on previous attendency and sitting out, and spots during progress raids being based on the current needs groupsetup-wise for a boss. - Clear communication between members and leadership. - A high attendency from all our other members. - Loot is done by a 3-person loot council. Currently we hand out tokens for armorings, use the crafting possibilities for proper enhancements and mod pieces. - An operation group that has cleared all previous 8-man content modes and instances.
