Hey guys, I haven’t played the game since before the first expansion and am looking to find a home. 70 Mercenary 30 Powertech 11 Juggernaut I’m probably going to keep the PT as my main since I’m trying to relearn the game. Looking for at least a discord for a way of outside communication (though most if not all guilds have this now)
  2. Slicers will stop complaining if the augments are worth more or bring better stats... And if the bring in more schematic or mission discoveries... However all we can do now is loose money on an off chance to find a mission/schematic or loose money trying to sell the augment.
  3. Slicing was made for money returns and augments (that are pretty much useless). The crew skill was made for those that didn't really want to do any "crafting". No sense in being upset when you didn't know slicing was actually useful to later drop your skill to then have it nerfed the day after. I hope everyone that wanted the nerf is ready for an effected trade market. I know I'm not spending any of my credits on the AH for awhile since things to me look severely overpriced and I know quite a few other slicers are gonna do exactly the same. If they don't fix slicing shortly, I'll just quit crafting. I don't have the time to dedicate to other crew skills. Not when I'm on for only an hour at a time.

  7. Since I'm a bolstered level 20 Mercenary I can take on any class at any level 1v1. Don't get me wrong it's difficult but using the right skills at the right time you can take on anything. Having said that I feel that there is only need for 2 brackets. 50's and the non 50's. Let those 50's fight to their full potentional.
  8. No matter what section of the forums I go I see that this game sucks because this and. Ecause of that. Um... The game is new. The mechanics behind the game are different. They plan on adding new stuff to the game all the time. This isn't wow... This is star wars. The majority of the population that jumped ship from the juggernaut need to realize that these games take time to develop. So be patient and you'll be seeing new content all the time
  9. How is damage too high? Players die slower in this MMO than in any other. Why is that? They specifically said that they wanted in this way to encourage "team work". It allows the time for someone to run up and assist. How do you counter act the assistance? Do you run and find a friend and get help or do you stand and kill both? This "unbalance" is created by players that can't pvp very well. I bet you a lot of people are complaining about the "damage" is because they're a player not using the right skill at the right time. I'm not the best pvper out there. I die a lot, but I still place very high on damage charts. Why? I use the right skills. As for the snipers... Los is a wonderful thing. If you don't want to get shot don't let them see you... That works with all ranged characters. I'm not here to bash anyone in particular... Just stating that the bolstered pvp is balanced perfectly. I can kill a 50 when I work at it. They made it so everyone is roughly equal in a warzone (not including skills acquired at higher levels. One other thing. Do you think that the pvp is unbalanced since the empire is winning so much? I know for a fact it isn't. I've been in so many matches where the republic doesn't see my cousin sneak around to attach the bomb to the door (and he's a large body-type mercenary... Explain that one). How about in huttball when the republic runs along the sides of the room when there is a fence there to prevent you from just walking in (you can't make the jump from corner to corner when you have the ball). How about what happens when the empire three caps the turrets? Maybe you should pay more attention to the control panels. This all goes to show that the unbalance is from the players playing. Not because one class has better stats than the other... THEY ARE COPIES!!!
  10. Wouldn't that mean then that the republic is in more warzones, getting more pvp currency, and getting more gear overall than the empire? Yeah we win more but the republic gets to play more. I love the pvp as well. For the first time I actually don't mind the winning/losing bit. I get rewarded for actually playing the warzone. I'm only a level 18 Mercenary and I can make a difference in pvp. There is no reason that there should be an "unbalanced" issue here. If anything the republic should be better geared than he empire. I just feel the empire is better organized than the republic.

    Huttball....

    I love huttball when we get players to go the right way. Allowing everyone to queue for what they want will lower the chance for my huttball games... Honestly... Out of all the PvPing I've done I've gotten huttball like 3 times out of 30. That annoys me

    What irritates me is when I get huttball people don't play it correctly. It usually involves our team getting the ball and running along the sides... not the correct path towards the goal... THAT'S IRRITATING!
