I wasn't trying to be rude, and you're right about the snipe.. The above poster said follow through and I never bothered to check if he was right. And if I recall correctly he had around 14k hp I'll try to see if I can make it happen again with just an ambush

I'm pretty sure my followthrough would hit for more than 2k on someone that took a 3600 ambush? Also I know you can't see percentages/health on opponents in the vid but you can compare and it looks like those two hits took out more than 5k of their hp.

I've had the no medal 5k crits happen on fresh targets right at the beginning of a warzone. While this may be true it definitely isn't the only cause of not getting the crit medal and I still haven't been able to narrow it down. Apologies.. I have 1562 Cunning and 1444 Endurance, 596 power, 100.85% accuracy, 572 Expertise = 11.2%, 24% crit with 64% multiplier. I have BM gloves/helm/implants/ear the rest champion besides Columi chest. In order to get the big crits, I usually have to pop my Rakata power adrenal for 565 power and my champion relic for 355 more power.

I saved them and they definitely help even the playing field more for a fresh 50 without much gear.

I'm just wondering if any other snipers have trouble getting this. The only way I can crit for 5k is if the person has 12k hp and isn't geared, or I pop my adrenal and relic that give me more power. I manage to get a bunch of 4k < x <5k but those aren't good enough. On top of rarely ever getting the 5k medal, when I do crit for over 5k, I'd say about half the time I don't get the medal. I remember having this problem a bunch with the 2.5k medal in the lower bracket. What are your experiences getting this medal??
