It's a known issue and has been for a while. So far there is nothing that can be done to get around it. We are at the mercy of the Devs. -
LVL 65 Sorceror. Just started the quest on 10/31. Unable to click on the shuttle.

I'm the same way and I've still got high hopes that they will follow through. I just think that everyone is a little too impatient.

I agree, I am sure we will hear from them at some point. Hopefully for now they are merely focusing more on developing the patch.

Who knows? I honestly would like to think that they are focusing their time on actually developing the patch instead of trying to run around and answer everyone's questions. We've already received information that it WILL be coming so I'm sure they will give a reply when they are closer to releasing the update.
